These Terms of Service apply to services purchased through itcactus.com from [FULL REGISTERED COMPANY NAME], trading as IT Cactus (“IT Cactus,” “we,” or “us”). By checking the required terms box at Stripe Checkout and completing payment, you agree to these Terms. Your Campaign Onboarding submission supplies the information needed to start your campaign.
IT Cactus provides link-building services through new guest-post articles published on third-party websites. We do not sell insertions into existing articles as part of the packages below.
The packages currently offered are:
Monthly plans also include backlink and competitor analysis, anchor strategy, link-gap analysis, guest-post content and placement, monitoring of publication/link status and indexing, keyword-rank tracking, and a monthly report, as described on the Pricing page.
A placement means one new guest-post article published on one third-party website. Each placement includes one contextual dofollow link to a page of your website. A second contextual link, including a link to another page of your website, may be included when it is relevant to the article and accepted by the publisher. No placement includes more than two links.
We target websites with an Ahrefs Domain Rating (DR) of 50 or higher, with DR 60+ preferred. DR is a third-party metric, not a Google metric. We also consider topical relevance, organic traffic and geographic relevance to the target market supplied in your onboarding. We will report the placement details after publication.
A one-time Trial is a single purchase and does not automatically convert to a subscription. A monthly plan renews as described in Section 5.
We begin campaign work after both (a) successful payment and (b) receipt of a complete Campaign Onboarding form and the information reasonably needed for the campaign. The 35-calendar-day delivery period begins on the date the later of those two items is received. For later monthly billing periods, the period begins on the successful renewal payment, provided any information needed for that period has been supplied.
The package’s placements will be completed within 35 calendar days after the applicable start date. If required information or approvals are delayed by the customer, the schedule extends by the length of that delay.
You agree to provide accurate website URLs, target pages, business and niche information, target markets, competitor information where available, and any other details reasonably needed to plan the campaign. You confirm that you are authorised to provide materials, names, logos and claims submitted to us and to permit their use for the campaign.
You are responsible for checking that supplied information and claims are accurate and lawful. Please do not submit sensitive personal data through the onboarding form.
Publishers are independent third parties. IT Cactus selects and contacts publishers and prepares new articles for placement. The customer authorises IT Cactus to submit campaign content and links to publishers for editorial review and publication.
Each completed placement includes the dofollow link described in Section 1. A second link is optional and depends on editorial relevance and publisher acceptance. If a publisher changes or removes a link after publication, the replacement terms in Section 6 apply.
Search engines decide how they crawl, index and rank websites and links. IT Cactus does not guarantee indexing, rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or mentions in ChatGPT, Gemini or other AI services. A dofollow link is a service deliverable; it is not a promise of any particular search outcome.
Prices are shown in USD. Stripe Checkout may show an available local-currency option. Any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout or on the invoice as required by law. [Confirm the company’s VAT/tax setup before publication.]
Monthly plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each month until cancelled. There is no minimum subscription term. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by emailing hello@itcactus.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. IT Cactus will complete the placements included in that paid period within the delivery period in Section 2.
The Trial is not recurring. Buying a Trial does not authorise a later monthly charge.
We monitor reported placements for publication and link status as part of the service. If we discover that a delivered link has disappeared during [INSERT REPLACEMENT COVERAGE PERIOD], we will provide a replacement placement within 15 calendar days after discovery. The replacement website will have an Ahrefs DR equal to or higher than the original placement at the time the replacement is selected, and the replacement article will contain the agreed contextual link.
This replacement promise applies to links removed or made unavailable by the publisher. It does not cover changes made by the customer to the destination website or page, customer-requested removal, or changes in search-engine treatment of a link while the link remains live. Once campaign work has started, we do not offer discretionary refunds merely because a customer changes their mind. If IT Cactus cannot deliver some of the paid placements within the time stated in Section 2, the customer is entitled to a refund for the undelivered portion, unless the parties agree to another remedy. This clause does not remove any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online service contract within 14 days. Where the law gives you that right, you may request that IT Cactus begin work during that period. If you withdraw after work has begun, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for services already supplied. Once the service has been fully performed, the right to withdraw ends only where the required prior express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.
Immediate-start acknowledgement for Campaign Onboarding (show as an unticked checkbox where applicable):
I expressly request that IT Cactus begin providing the service immediately, before the end of any applicable withdrawal period. I understand that, if I withdraw after work has begun, I may have to pay a proportionate amount for services already supplied. I understand that, once the service has been fully performed, I may lose my right to withdraw where the law allows this and after the required acknowledgement.

You grant IT Cactus permission to use the materials and business information you provide only to prepare, submit and fulfil your campaign. Third-party publishers control the continued availability and presentation of content on their websites. Their own site terms apply to content hosted there.
Nothing in these Terms limits a right or liability that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, IT Cactus is not responsible for indirect loss or for changes made by search engines or independent publishers.
These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law that applies to your contract.
